Megahex has come from space and his main aim is to invade the earth. His hands are actually weapons called Cutter. He has no relation to the Inves or Over Lord.
Megahex is going to revive Ryoma Sengoku as Mecha-Ryoma Sengoku.
Mecha-Ryoma Sengoku is going to use the Dragon Fruit Energy Lock Seed created by Megahex to transform into Kamen Rider Duke Dragon Energy Arms. Dragon Fruit Energy Lock Seed is designated as “E.L.S.-HEX” representing the name of Megahex on it.
