Mitsuzane Kureshima (Kamen Rider Ryugen) transforms into Kamen Rider Ryugen Yomi Yomotsuheguri Arms using Yomotsuheguri Lock Seed (L.S.-YOMI) in an attempt to beat Kouta Kazuraba (Kamen Rider Gaim). While, when using this Lock Seed, the wielder will have access to the ultimate of Evil Power, their life force is severely drained. Kouta transforms into Kamen Rider Gaim Kachidoki Arms to fight Kamen Rider Ryugen Yomi Yomotsuheguri Arms, later changing over to Kamen Rider Gaim Kiwami Arms.
Kouta tells Micchi to stop using the Lock Seed, which, of course, Micchi doesn’t listen to.
Meanwhile in Yggdrasill Tower, Mai Takatsukasa, who has the Forbidden Golden Fruit of Wisdom, wanders inside the Dreams. She accepts the fate of obtaining the Golden Fruit, and she realizes that she could do anything with this Power. She decides to change everyone’s fate using this.
Meanwhile in the Endless Battle between Gaim Kiwami Arms and Ryugen Yomi, Ryugen Yomi performs a powerful blow at Gaim Kiwami Arms. Gaim pushes against it, and removes the Yomotsuheguri Lock Seed from Micchi’s Sengoku Driver to stop him. Kouta is completely exhausted after fighting against the Power of Yomotsuheguri Lock Seed but he still forgives Micchi. He hugs Micchi with tenderness.
Because of the exhaustion Kouta loses his conciousness.
Meanwhile Professor Ryoma Sengoku (Kamen Rider Duke) tries to perform a surgery on Mai to obtain the Forbidden Golden Fruit of Wisdom from her. Kaito Kumon (Kamen Rider Baron) and Yoko Minato (Kamen Rider Marika), who are also interested in obtaining the Forbidden Golden Fruit of Wisdom, appear there to stop him. Kaito transforms into Kamen Rider Baron Banana Arms to fight Ryoma, and Ryoma transforms into Kamen Rider Duke Lemon Energy Arms. In the ensuing fight, Baron recieves lot of damage.
Kaito then removes a Helhiem Fruit and eats it to transform into his Over Lord form.

Note: The Mysterious Woman that had appeared several times, saying that “You are going to chose your fate with this,” is revealed to be Mai of the future, who had obtained the Forbidden Golden Fruit of Wisdom.
