Kouta Kazuraba (Kamen Rider Gaim) realizes the Power of Kiwami Lock Seed and awakens the Power of Over Lord inside him. He decides no matter what happens to him, he will definitely protect the World of Humanity. Kouta proceeds in rescuing Mai, while Kamen Rider Duke (Ryoma Sengoku) broadcasts that Mai Takatsukasa is with Over Lord King Roshuo.
While Kaito Kumon (Kamen Rider Baron Lemon Energy Arms) is fighting Mitsuzane Kureshima (Kamen Rider Zangetsu-Shin), he sees the broadcast. Kaito also joins Kouta in rescuing Mai.
When Kaito sees Kouta, he feels something different about Kouta’s appearance. He says to Kouta “In such state, it looks like you have also been prepared well”. Kouta replies with determination, “I won’t hesitate anymore.” Meanwhile in Helhiem Forest, Roshuo regrets that he had obtained the Golden Fruit to save Femushinmu from downfall, but to revive Beloved Over Lord Queen which he had lost. Mai says to Roshuo that whatever he is doing is wrong. Because of Mai’s reply, Roshuo decides to hide the Golden Forbidden Fruit of Wisdom inside Mai, so that the Life inside the Forest continues to grow. Both Kouta and Kaito enter the Helhiem Forest to rescue Mai, where they are confronted by Roshuo.
Kouta and Kaito transforms into Kamen Rider Gaim Kachidoki Arms and Kamen Rider Baron Lemon Energy Arms respectively. It’s the first time that they had witnessed the Power of Over Lord King. Kouta’s Kachidoki Arms gets damaged and Kaito gets defeated, but Kouta still doesn’t give up. He uses the damaged Kachidoki Lock Seed and Kiwami Lock to transforms into Kamen Rider Gaim Kiwami Arms. He uses all the Armored Rider weapons including Kurokage-Shin’s Kagematsu-Shin and Kachidoki Arms’ Kachidoki Hata (Hata = Flag)to defeat Roshuo.
After Gaim defeats Roshuo he then attacks Redyue using Roshuo’s DaiKen.
Gaim has saved humanity by defeating Roshuo but will he be able to save Mai and Kaito?

Not really. If you read the synopsis again, it doesn’t really say anything new that we don’t already know. The only conversation comes from what is shown in the preview for ep41, while there have been scans of the episodes floating around.
Someone basically just took the episode synopsis for ep41, and added a ton more words, but without adding more content. You are essentially using 100 words to describe what could have been said in 10.
In short, just meaningless fluff.

If you watched the episode now, you will notice that some of the details are completely wrong – Gaim does not defeat Roshuo. I don’t think the writer knows Japanese.

The writer IS Japanese. I, basically, just clean up what he writes. There’s some language barrier issues here, hope you understand!
