Thanks to the many fans Mega Man The Board game became full funded in less than 6 hours! Now we look ahead to stretch goals, the game contents itself, and take a quick look at the origins of the game!
Two years ago Jason Hawronsky owner of Jascogames decided he wanted to get into board games and scribbled on several hotel stationary pads. After some time the basic structure of Mega Man game into existence and he rushed to get in contact with Capcom to see if they would be interested. And now with the generous help of fans we now have Megaman The Board game online and in production.
The game currently has two forms regular and Deluxe. The regular edition has 4 robot masters in Gutsman, Iceman, Fireman, and Cutman. While the deluxe will include the two additional robot masters from the PSP Megaman Powered-Up version, Oilman and Time Man.
As the funding continues to move forward they start moving into their stretch goals to unlock new bosses, pre-painted figures, and new sculpts for existing characters. Currently, as of this writing, they have unlocked two stretch goals already in the first day. The first being an alternate pose for Megaman and Elec Man being released in the game to join the fight, and a third stretch goal is being closed in on.
So please continue to help out the wonderful people at Jascogames and help bring Mega Man to our homes once more by continuing to donate to this wonderful kick starter. As always the link to the kick starter can be found here.
