If you’ve been following Kamen Rider Gaim’s toy news you might’ve noticed the lack of a faceplate for Zangetsu. Well…we got some good news and bad news for you.
The good news is that Bandai did tell us that one is on the way but this is where the bad news comes in.
For now, it looks as though the only way to get Zangetsu’s faceplate will be through a special campaign that’s only offered for those living in Japan
Starting November 9th, simply present a proof purchase of any Gaim toy to a participating store and you’ll get the faceplate for free, limit 1 per customer and RHS figures are ineligible. It’s also been confirmed through the campaign’s official site that the plate will have the same standby noise as Gaim’s faceplate.
Zangetsu’s Lock Seed will be packed together with the DX Musou saber but it looks like over seas collectors may have to rely on the aftermarket for this one.

not planning on getting this anywho, but hopefully the people selling these on ebay don’t make them too expensive, since they’ll be getting them for free

So if i’m getting this straight Zangetsu’s faceplate will reuse Gaim’s standby noice meaning that it will be kinda pointless to get because the most unique noise is the standby noise and the opening noise like Baron’s “Come on!”. Well that was some sad news but now it all makes sense considering that i only been able to get four standby sounds from the driver.
