Kamen Rider joker made his first appearance in The W and Decade movie war as did kamen rider cyclone. Decade used final ride and split Phillip and Shoutaro.

Actually, if you want to get technical, Kamen Rider JokerJoker made his first appearance in Movie War 2010 with Kamen Rider CycloneCyclone.
