This form represents Phillip’s transformation into a Kamen Rider which utilizes a Lost Driver and his own Cyclone Memory. Thus far, Kamen Rider Cyclone’s only appearance was in the Kamen Rider W Novel: The One Who Comes After Z and the Climax Heroes video game.
His accessory count includes: six pairs of alternate hands, and two different kinds of scarves. Note that the long flowing scarf and the various effect parts Shishioh used in this gallery are not actually included with the release.
