I didn’t believe it could happen. Enduring 8 years of an America that I’d lost faith in and felt that we were pretty much locked into a path….. America stood up and proved me wrong. I wake up in a new era where… it truly is about “the content of one’s character, and not the color of your skin.” It’s not just America, but the whole world that has been set on a new and incredible path.
I can’t fucking belie— wait, you know what? Yes… I…. Can. 😉

Obama told me this when he said that anyone making under $250,000 (or is it $150,000? I don’t know, he’s changed it so many times.) will recieve a Tax Cut. I got no problems with giving a tax cut to people, but if you’re going to do so, give them to everyone, not just those who aren’t as sucessful. If people are rich, it should be their choice to do what they want with their money, not the government’s. When people become punished for becoming successful, for realizing the American Dream because they worked hard for their money, success will significantly decrease and the economy will plumet. Get educated, or stick to toku.

It’s not really a punishment if you can easily afford it without taking a hit to their way of life, as opposed to many poor who can’t afford it and whose way of life is affected significantly. :^)
