The hotly-anticipated Kamen Rider Climax Fighters video game is about to feel the shadow of an eclipse upon it. Black Sun himself, the title hero of the 1987 classic series Kamen Rider Black, has arrived. And he’s about to show these young bucks how it’s done as he invades the tournament action game based upon the Kamen Rider tokusatsu franchise.
The last big trailer for Climax Fighters showcased the rivals and allies of the Kamen Rider saga, and now we unveil the latest confirmed addition to the game’s brick-knuckled cast of monster-fighters.
A fan-favorite of the era, Kamen Rider Black was so popular that it was in the extremely rare position of receiving a sequel series the following year, named Kamen Rider Black RX; a title which may be familiar to some in a different form, as it was the basis for Saban’s US adaptation Masked Rider.
Kamen Rider Climax Fighters drops December 7, 2017 for the Playstation 4.
