1. No such thing as Super Saiyan 5.
2. Goku can destroy planets if he chose.
3. I’m not a DBZ fanboy-I actually like DC better than DBZ.
4. Superman depends on the Sun for Power. If Goku gets him away from the yellow sun he has another advantage.
5. Goku has super speed too. He also has instant transmission and can sense where his enemies are coming from.

apparently this question of who will win can never be answered because there are too many versions of Superman, and that all the powers Goku possesses are “theoretical” (meaning everything Goku should be able to do is only in theory, while everything Superman can do he has already done so in the past issues). it apparently comes down to the question of “which superman are we talking about?” since like i hear Superman destroyed an entire solar system by SNEEZING (or something like that…)

Valid points, but here is a minor counter. Other people have done insane things that are over the top, yet Goku has found a way to beat them.
