SASURAIDO – A New Tokusatsu Production

You may remember earlier in the year that we were invited to Fundraising Event for Tsunami victims as part of the Hello Hero Project run by Omocharity. The event was attended by many different Toku alumni and created by Teruaki Ogawa, better known as Ninja Red from Kakuranger. They had discussed going further with the character with us and now we can reveal some new details from the new website.

The website doesn’t state what the new project is, nor can we reveal what we know just yet, but lists a staff and crew list you will recognise that we can share:

First is Shouta Minami(Hoshino) who played Rei from Ultra Galaxy, Kyota Tsuji(Senba), Kayoko Shibata(Miharu) from from GoGoV as Go Pink, Tomokazu Seki(Kogure) recently was the Narrator for Gokaiger, Takashi Matsuyama(Yuki), with Teruaki Ogawaalso starring as Nagare.

For Crew, Ryuuta Tasaki will be the director who has worked on many Kamen Rider shows, action director Hirokazu Iwakami from various early Power Rangers seasons and BOS Action Unity doing stunts, writer Atsuhiro Tomioka(Samurai 7, Pokemon) and music from Toshiyuki Momose(Final Fantasy Tactics and Parasite Eve series). Also, congratulations to one of our HJU Team in Japan who is working on the project with this fantastic cast and crew!
