Today is all about trailers! This is the teaser trailer that was shown at Power Morphicon when the new Megaforce Rangers turned up in full costume to say hi. The trailer shows no original footage, only scenes from the original Sentai shows and the Legendary War. Bare in mind that Saban commented that it’s still unconfirmed if the pre-Zyuranger heroes will appear in the final show or not. Saban had requested Toei film legendary war footage of just Mighty Morphing onwards , which was not in the trailer.

I’m interested to see where this goes, but I’m wondering how they’re going to handle the footage of Super Sentai before MMPR, cause first thing I saw was AkaRanger and that tidbits of Jetman, but I hope that is just for trailer footage. 😛

Trailer was nice even just being all gosei footage. Since megaforce hasn’t started filming yet. I do believe that toei did confirm that war is getting reshot. Either they haven’t done it yet. Or since megaforce hasn’t filmed yet saban didn’t want to show it yet. I can’t wait to see how they are going to combine gosei and gokaiiger though.

If they are doing the Great Sentai War, thy could just easily say the others are fom alien planets and/or just from centuries ago.

what has me confused is at one point we heard that TOEI had re shot the legend war sans all pre zyu/MMPR teams
cause it would be KINDA hard to just say they are rangers from other worlds when you see Battle Fever J

I’m hearing rumors that the footage might just be placeholder stuff until the reshoots that Toei was doing are completed. Who knows? I’m still excited!

I’ll trust Saban trying to handle the pre Zyu teams. However, if he ask for my opinion (I can dream :D), I say just keep the Sentai who were Power Rangers. This is Power Rangers’ time so let them have the stage and not make room for Sentai who missed the PR boat.
