As you can see, it showcases the Samurai Rangers in their Mega mode and the Red Ranger pictured in the new Super Mega mode. Akumaro from Shinkenger would appear to be the new villain for this new season.
It comes courtesy of the green Samurai Ranger on Power Rangers Samurai, Hector David Jr., a.k.a. Mike, who posted the promotional image for the second season, titled Power Rangers Super Samurai on his facebook page. The new season starts later this year.

Actually, it’s the Shark Attack Mega Mode, not the Super Mega Mode. XD
