Oh man, I remember this! I still got my copy somewhere. Good art, and hints toward doing stories that all of us dreamed of and wished would happen, but due to schedule and focusing on the toys they needed to sell, could never happen. Billy wishing he had powers the former Ranger Powers just out of arms reach in the hands of Zordon. This series had a lot of potential. Thanks to Linkara for giving us a glimpes into the past. 😀
