Here’s a little known Gainax anime that goes by the name of BLAZING TRANSFER STUDENT which is chock full of the daydreams I used to have while in high school. As you can see from the below opening them, it’s Japanese high school action slathered in hot blooded goodness and comes off as a love letter to classic tokusatsu.

hmm i think there is a manhwa name the storm bringer i think they remake it from this japan anime
