Lookee who we have here. A homage to “Skull Man” the grandfather superhero from Ishinomori that eventually gave birth to Kamen Rider. His identity is still a mystery, but what instantly springs to mind is the mysterious mentor of Shoutaro who went down in the first episode and passed on a similar looking white hat.
