It began with House of M and Decimation. It continues this summer with Endangered Species. And now, the event that will define Marvel’s X-Men for years to come has been revealed in the form of X-Men: Messiah Complex, beginning this October.
Details surrounding the story are still mostly under wraps, but like Endangered Species, it will kick off with a one shot issue, written by Uncanny X-Men writer, Ed Brubaker and long time X-Men artist, Marc Silvestri. X-Men editor Nick Lowe has confirmed that Cyclops will play a major role in the crossover, and that other key characters will be Jaime Madrox, Hellion, Bishop, Gambit, Wolfsbane, Warpath and X-23.
