The cover of the latest Figureoh Magazine gave us our first look at the new suits in Akibaranger season 2. While we wait for more info on these designs to surface, here’s some photos of Akibared’s new S.H.Figuarts figure to tide us over.
Sadly much like the suit design itself, there’s not much info released about this figure. However, the scans do show a doll version of the MoeMoe Z Cune will be included in this release.
And while we still wait for more news on Akibaranger Season 2, the magazine scans reveal that we’ll finally be seeing an S.H.Figuarts DeluKnight!
The prototype of this figure was first seen during Tamashi Nations 2012 and is now announced as a Web Exclusive figure in July, retailing for 3,665 yen.
Joining Deluknight as Web Exclusive releases, Tamashi Nations uploaded official photos of Figuarts Wizard Hurricane, Land, and Water Dragon Styles as well as the Medusa Phantom, to go along side her companion: the Phoenix Phantom. Pre orders for these figures went live not that long ago.
The photos of Water Dragon shows that he’ll come with his Drago Tail accessory while Medusa will have her staff weapon. Medusa and Water Dragon will be released along side Deluknight in July, while Hurricane and Land Dragon will come out in August.
And in addition, we’ve got one more Wizard reveal: Beast himself will be coming to the S.H.Figuarts line in June! The mayo loving Wizard will of course come with two bottles of mayonnaise and his Dice Saber weapon. Sadly, Bandai has confirmed that his animal mantles will be released later this year as a Tamashi web shop exclusive. Beast will retail for 3675 yen while his mantle set will cost 2640 yen.
The final bit of news we have from this round of scans shows new photos of S.I.C Shauta, the follow up release to PuToTyra.
Much like the Deluknight figure, Shauta was seen on display during Tamashi Nations though we still don’t know much about this figure’s release at this time the scans do however show lineart of this figure with tentacle limbs

For the love of christ, are we really at the point where getting necessary parts for figures requires them to be tamashii exclusive? Absolutely no reason why these parts are not included other then bandai being money whores.
