[HJU’s Official Discussion Thread for AkibaRanger Season 2]As previously reported, Unofficial Sentai Akibaranger would very likely come back for a second season. It was confirmed at an Kamen Rider and Super Sentai event called, “Super Hero Festival”, on January 11 that Akibaranger will in fact return for a second season. More info will be soon revealed on Akibaranger’s official website.

And from our usual inside source, it seems like season 2 will feature a new member. Possibly purple, played by an idol-type actress.

Awesome to have Akibaranger back. Will mean the threesome we’ll have for 2013 will be at least two-thirds awesome, and I have faith in Kyoryuger. Can’t wait to see what the new season will bring, especially if there’s a new Ranger. Hopefully there will be a team-up with the current official team (Kyoryuger), my one gripe with the first season.

YES!!!! I can’t wait for the new season, I’m really hoping this leads to AkibaRangers finally being acknowledged as a official/unofficial part of the Super Sentai Universe
