I’m relatively certain it’s meant to be spelled “Ghoul”.

That said, wow, that came outta left field.

They should not have colored them and just made them a single black and white color sets. It would make the game less confusing. They could then do a collectors colored set for display only.

Also not sure how I feel about Fouze being the Queen? I would have probably liked the side character movie only Kiva-La as the Queen.

Other than that the designs are pretty awesome!!

On AmiAmi’s website, it says that there are two sets of pieces in the box: one with black bases (like in the pictures) and on with WHITE bases.

Oh, and as for Fourze being the queen: They’re using new-Hesei riders only, with the layout of the pieces (King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, Rook), so the order of the characters matches it (Wizard, Fourze, OOO, W, and Den-O thrown in because he’s popular). Plus, maybe someone thought it would be funny, considering all the Fourze hate.

Why isn’t OOOs King? I mean he’s OOOs–it’s in the name. Make Wizard the Queen, which is the most powerful piece on the board. With his pointy head, Fourze HAS to be a bishop, right? It’s like he was made to be the bishop, zooming off diagonally with his rocket…
I’m cool with the train-guy as the rook, and the double-detective as the shifty knight.

I’ll wait to get this when volume 2 comes out. So then I can get volume one and two.I would wait to see if they have Decade, Kiva, Kabuto, and Kuuga.
