In the future, weapons will both inflict and treat the damage they deal to their targets.
There’s something different about the next destination for the time-tossed heroes of Power Rangers HyperForce. The Twitch roleplay series rolls forward with more fun traipsing about the Power Rangers multiverse, now crossing over with the likes of the much-beloved Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic book series from publisher BOOM! Studios. And who better to serve as the guest in this episode than the ongoing book’s author Kyle Higgins, playing a character fans of his work on the series may know both from the comic and the series it takes inspiration from. A shattering burst of nostalgia awaits.
Higgins’ appearance coincides with the Shattered Grid comic event, which brings together characters from across Saban’s Power Rangers brand both old and new. Little did HyperForce fans know when this streaming series began that it would include them as well, once again proving the fun you can have when creative people work together to do something special.
Shattered Grid begins now, with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #25 by Kyle Higgins and artist Daniele Di Nicuolo. Go Go Power Rangers #9 by Ryan Parrott and Dan Mora is up next, along with the special Free Comic Book Day issue adding dimension to the event.
Power Rangers HyperForce streams live every Tuesday at 6PM PT from HyperRPG.
