There’s a silver shinkansen and a golden locomotive train seen departing from the city of Paris. Sitting in the driver’s seat, is a mysterious man wearing a silver hood. His destination: is the chaotic land of Japan! There, the Gangler Zaldan has kidnapped a young girl, and is holding her for ransom from her father, just when suddenly… the new phantom thief, Lupin X appears! Keiichiro is surprised to find out about this new theft, just as a young man who introduces himself as “Lupin X” appears before Kairi and the others claiming he’s never heard about such a thief before…
