With Drive suffering the effects of Brain’s Poison, Kiriko and Belt-san decide to run from the fight. After this, they had planned the treatment for the New Shift Car – Shift Wild.
Font Earl Inc., meanwhile, is smuggling explosives. Shinnosuke Tomari (Drive) is cheated by a citizen, and when he couldn’t take this shock, it turned him to being angry. Because of this he couldn’t transform into Kamen Rider Drive type Wild. Shinnosuke was already frustrated, but just to add insult to injury, dark clouds rolled in at Tokujo.
Shinnosuke was planning to meet the President of Font Earl Inc., and to approach him aggressively, but Eiji Kirihara tells him that according to the Public Safety Commission, Tokujo has been frozen. Eiji Kirihara and Rina Zawakami from the Department of Public Security fired the members of the Tokujo department. On the other hand, Crash Roimude moves towards Font Earl Inc. to steal their explosives.

What will be the fate of Shinnosuke, who has been forbidden from the investigation?
