CardFight!! Vanguard is currently one of the most popular card games going on right now. Surprisingly this is also one of the best game for tokusatsu fans as well, especially with a whole set of cards specially themed after various popular tokusatsu. Cardfight!! Vanguard or just causally called Vanguard is a hit anime and trading card game that started in early 2011 and continues to run both card and show wise to this day.  The series is known for a wide variety of units known as clans in the game ranging from Paladins to Dragons, to evil space aliens.

Vanguard however is a great card game for Tokusatsu fans due it’s deep connection to various units coming from the numerous franchises of tokusatsu fandom, such as: Kamen Rider, Metal Heroes, Super Sentai, and the Ultraman franchise.  The majority of these cards are come from a single clan known as Dimension Police, which is run by the team: Team Caesar.  Kenji Mitsusada, the leader of Team Caesar uses a deck known as Dimensional Robo which is themed after both the Megazord’s of super sentai and the Kaiser robots of the Kaiser Robot series such as Brave ExKaiser or MazinKaiser. While The Usui siblings Yuri and Gai use the Enigman series which is based off Ultraman. While not part of  Team Caesar another character Jun Mitsuki uses Dimension police as well with the zeal series which is based off Ultraman Villains.
