Although, it’s not confirmed whether he will be reprising as Kamen Rider Accel or a completely new character. Toei will be having an open filming where fans can drop by the famous Edo set over at Toei Kyoto Studio Park, commonly referred as Eigamura. Multiple Kamen Riders have been shot over at Eigamura, Movie Taisen 2013 will also be using it.
Apart from Minehiro Kinomoto, Yutaka Kobayashi (Kamen Rider Balon) will also be there. The site also mentions there will be other Kamen Riders there too.
The open filming at Eigamura will be done September 17, 2013.
