I thought Gold Storm was Ryuuga's movie and the series would be a follow up. Wonder which one Raiga's in and if he gets another series. Also wonder what the Makai Troupe is, a dance group?
The first half of The One who shines in the darkness was good because it kept the horror theme in there but the second half of the series was wasted.
Some of the problems with the show too was that It felt like a later heisei rider show and not a garo show and Ryuga and Takeru does not look manly enough compared to kouga heck even rei looked manly enough and he was like 17 years old at the first season of the series.
Hope that with Gold Storm and now with keita taking the helm of it. hope he makes the characters look mature like he did for kouga like the first season and makai senki
GARO The Makai Flower was okay but the problem which garo nowadays is that the horror theme that made garo first season great is completely toned down, In the first season of GARO the monsters were more threatening because the makai knights were shrouded in mystery and you know a bit of kougas backstory gave it enough of who he is. But in later in other seasons when you put the makai knights too much at the forefront, the monsters become cannon fodder and do not seem threatening at all.
The anime is so so, expected GARO anime but it could have been better if it was at the style of the KARAS anime
Hope they do a last 10th anniversary movie where kouga teams up with his father and his son raiga but also ryuga or even teaming up with an live action version of the anime GARO in a time travel movie that connects the show into one GARO universe like the avengers and have all the garo users in different times merge in to one to form SHINING LEGEND GARO and hope they bring mark musashi back to reprise his role or play some one else heck he could even play a main villian of that movie. Even doing a sonshi origin story too would be awesome
