There are countless number of murder cases in a week. Simultaneously, there is a heavily increased amount of rain. Shinnosuke Tomari, a detective of Tokujo Division, gets ready to solve a case. He enters his beloved car – Trideron. While entering the car, a strange belt says “Haven’t you got motivated by now?”. The belt wraps around him by itself.
At the same moment another incident occured. The belt drives Shinnosuke on Trideron to the location of the incident.
