Mai Takatsukasa, who has the Power of the Forbidden Golden Fruit of Wisdom inside her, returns from the Helhiem Forest, only to faint in the Beat Riders Garage. Mitsuzane Kureshima (Kamen Rider Ryugen / Kamen Rider Zangetsu-Shin) rushes to the Garage to find Mai after realising that Golden Fruit of Wisdom is inside her. Professor Ryoma Sengoku (Kamen Rider Duke) also arrives at the garage, and he says that, in this state, Mai will be in danger.
Micchi believes in Ryoma, and he takes Mai to the hospital. Zack (Kamen Rider Knuckle) rescues the citizens of Zawame City who were held captive inside the Yggdrasill Tower, and Kouta Kazuraba (Kamen Rider Gaim) finally reunites with his Elder Sister,Akira Kazuraba.
Inves continue to attack Zawame City. Kouta and Kaito transform into Kamen Rider Gaim Jimber Lemon Arms Kamen Rider Baron Lemon Energy Arms to fight the Inves. Kaito realises that Kouta’s Evolution into an Over Lord is making the Inves to attack the Zawame City; in other words, Kouta is also a treat to humanity. Kouta tries to persuade Kaito othwerise.
In the Yggdrasill Tower, the result of Ryoma’s examination reveals that Forbidden Golden Fruit of Wisdom is inside Mai. Micchi begins to wonder why Over Lord King would handover the Golden Fruit of Wisdom to Mai. Sagara appears before them and he reveals the truth. After listening to Sagara, Micchi gets desperate.
Sagara gives the Lock Seed of Death – Yomotsuheguri Lock Seed (L.S.-YOMI) to Micchi. He uses it to transform into his Ultimate Evil Form called Kamen Rider Ryugen-Yomi Yomotsuheguri Arms. He is prepared to fight and defeat Kouta (Kamen Rider Gaim) even if he loses his own life.
Kouta, who had already turned into an Over Lord, transforms into Kamen Rider Gaim Kachidoki Arms. Ryugen-Yomi fights with Gaim even if he is in despair. Kamen Rider Gaim uses Kiwami Lock Seed and defeats Ryugen-Yomi.
