Story

Kouta Kazuraba (Kamen Rider Gaim) obtains a new Infinite Power – Kiwami Lock Seed / L.S.-∞ – and transforms into Kamen Rider Gaim Kiwami Arms.

Zawame City is being raided by Inves. In the Garage, Kaito Kumon (Kamen Rider Baron), Oren Pierre Alfonso (Kamen Rider Bravo), Hideyasu Jonouchi (Kamen Rider Gridon), Yoko Minato (Kamen Rider Marika) & others have gathered to discuss the Inves who are raiding Zawame City by entering through Yggdrasill Tower’s Crack. Yoko suggests that no Self-Defense Force or Police can help the people in this case and that only those who have use of Lock Seeds can save the people. The Beat Riders who have Lock Seeds decide to help protect the people of the city. Meanwhile, at Yggdrasill, Branch Heads of many countries gather at Yggdrasill Tower to consult about the countermeasures to the attack by Inves and Ryoma Sengoku (Kamen Rider Duke) also appears. Meanwhile, in the city, Akira Kazuraba gets attacked by Inves and Kouta appears just in time to save his sister. He transforms into Gaim and fights the people. Redyue reveals his true aim to Mitsuzane Kureshima (Kamen Rider Ryugen / Kamen Rider Zangetsu Shin), which is to defeat Kouta. He needs a hand with that and Micchi decides to give him that hand.
