It has been revealed that the successor to Kamen Rider Gaim will be Kamen Rider Drive, as the name has been registered on IPDL earlier today.
Kamen Rider Drive will be the 16th Heisei Kamen Rider series, starting from Kamen Rider Kuuga from 2000. Drive will also be the 31st main Rider. The new series is likely to air around fall 2014, depending on the final episode count for Gaim. It is presently unknown how many episodes Gaim will have. There have been rumours about Gaim having fewer episodes than other Heisei series, to match the regular time for airing a new series, which is around September/October time.
Not much is known about this new Rider series, as only the name has surfaced on the Internet for a few hours. However it is expected that more information will be revealed in the coming months.

Since the name of Drive, I can only thinking that KR Drive is incarnation of Turboranger and Carranger. So will we have the first automobile-themed Kamen Rider? Who knows.

I know that, but considering Go-Onger is the animal + vehicle hybrid themed Sentai, I'm doubt if they could apply that theme for the next Rider.
