Right and the others have planned to go to the amusement park where Right encountered a strange person wearing a White and Purple colored dress. He tells Right that the Amusement Park is completely filled with Power of Imagination and Right has stronger Imagination Power than others. He also reveals that he is after a person who is shining with Imagination. Nero Baron, Lady Noa and Schwartz Shogun makes their appearance in the Amusement Park, challenging the ToQger. Nero Baron introduces their Emperor of Darkness – Zett. Zett is revealed to be the same person who talked with Right in the Amusement Park.

Emperor of Darkness Zett is played by Kengo Ohkuchi who had previously played (Nobunaga / Armored Warrior / Kamen Rider Birth) in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider OOO and W Featuring Skull: Movie War Core’s “Kamen Rider OOO: Nobunaga’s Desire”.
