Bandai Games has announced that Albino Joker from Kamen Rider Blade: MISSING ACE & the Sengoku Riders from Kamen Rider Hibiki and the Seven War Demons are going to appear in the PS3 Game “Kamen Rider: Battride War II”. Sengoku Riders include Kabuki, Kirameki, Nishiki, Touki & Habataki.
Kamen Rider Blade’s 3rd Ending Song “take it a try” by Hajime Aikawa (CV. Ryoji Morimoto) has been announced to be included in the Premium TV & Movie Sound Edition of the game.

If they're counting returning characters as new here, I think it's probably safe to assume that all the things they haven't mentioned are gone.
