Kamen Rider Heisei Versus Showa Riders: Kamen Rider Taisen reveal crucial plot information about antagonists and new characters for this feature length film. 

The latest scans for Kamen Rider Heisei Rider vs. Showa Rider: Kamen Rider Taisen present the name of the evil organization responsible for the conflict inciting the rider war. According to Herotaku, “Kamen Rider Fifteen’s identity is Ren Aoiand will be able to use Rider Locks to transform him into previous Rider Arms forms… From the magazine shot we can see that he is using the Wizard, Fourze, Gaim, and Decade Lockseeds to give him their powers.” 

The organization known as the Chika Teikoku  地下帝国バダン , translates to “Underground Empire Badaan”, pit Rider 1 against the most recent Heisei Rider “Gaim”. Noted in the second page of scans is information about the evil Rider, Kamen Rider “Fifteen”. Fifteen uses a version of the Sengoku driver which allows him to use different arm configurations from other Riders, also depicted is his normal form lockseed. The Underground Empire Badaan is the evil organization bested by Kamen Rider ZX thirty years ago. Badaan uses monsters from different series in an attempt to destroy all of the Riders, continuing where Shocker left off. Tokyuger and Kyoryuger are slated as featured heroes help to protect world peace. The film is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on March 29th, 2014
