Figure Rise Returns…with Kabuto and Faiz Kits?!

For those that might not remember..Master Grade(or MG for short) FigureRise was Bandai’s attempt to bring together Kamen Rider with plastic build it yourself model kits ala Gunpla. The line was short lived…with the last kit being Kamen Rider 1 in his old color scheme released in 2011…or so we thought.

The latest image of Figureoh magazine highlighted the surprise resurgence of the line. Shown in the scans, we have model kit representations of Kamen Rider Faiz and Kabuto.

Specifically, the two are listed as Figure Rise 6 inch, a smaller scaled down version making them around Figuarts size. However, what sets these apart from the Figuarts is the included accessories.

The image suggests that Faiz will not only include all of his usual accessories but various effect parts and armor pieces to convert him into his Axel form, likewise with Kabuto he’ll likely have armored pieces that will allow him to convert between Masked and Rider Forms.
However, the scan gives no indication on price, release date, or even if they’ll see the light of day…we’ll bring you more information as it becomes available.

UPDATE:

A much clearer image has surfaced, revealing that the kits will be coming out in March for 2000 yen each.
