Ressha Sentai – Departure in Progress!
The newest Sentai, Ressha Sentai Tokkyuger, premieres on February 16, 2014, using the power of their imagination to protect everyone’s hopes and dreams! These heroes of justice ride the Ressha on the line that encircles the whole world, the Rainbow Line. Their fight against the dark army that makes people suffer, the Shadow Line, is about to unfold!
The personalities of the five heroes are revealed in the latest scans:
Forcefully! Tokkyu Ichigou, the leader of the Ressha Sentai, is a force of his own, a happy soldier, and it seems that he hides a greater imagination than anyone else.
Seriously! Tokkyu Nigou is an incredibly smart, walking dictionary – the serious soldier – and in a fight, he’ll over-think just about anything.
Reliably! Tokkyu Sangou is a dependable woman who always comes to the aid of her friends, using a variety of martial arts to unleash her exacting techniques on the enemy.
Calmly! Tokkyu Yongou, a forever unhurried soldier, even in a pinch, and that’s actually where he finds his power.
Cheerfully! Tokkyu Gogou is a cute-natured girl, who turns into a variety of different characters to fight. Giving people the wrong impression of her strength is what gives her an unexpected power.
Ressha Sentai Tokkyuger is debuting in the movie (presumably Kyoryuger vs. Go-busters: Kyoryu Daisakusen! Saraba Eien no Tomo yo), transforming and fighting with the power of trains! It’ll be an imagination victory!
There’s not much new info on the toys: The Tokkyugers will use their Ressha in the Tokkyu Changer brace on their left wrist and the Rainbow Pass in their Tokkyu Buckle. Their weapon is the Tokkyu Blaster, a fast gun that can change into a sword too.

Sounds like Tokkyu Gogou will be bringing back the Pink Senshi art of disguise. I'm now stoked for this series.
It's not really about disguises, she changes her personality. Like a certain popular character from Danganronpa.
It makes her sound schizophrenic, but it's one of those trendy things that some japanese men find "cute" in a girl these days.
Maybe I'll warm up to these suits.

Each time i look at the suits they grow a little bit on me. And with the fact that they seam to use the power of the imagination. The suits do seem like something goofy that a kid would draw up so it works in an odd way.
Red leader could be another reincarnation of GekiRed's Jan Kandou (always speak a very weird words and can be also a happy guy too, but inside of him he had a greater power of Rinjyuken of Tiger since he was considered as a Tiger Boy by Master Shafu). Others include Kai Ozu (Magiranger) because he's a youngest among Ozu's siblings and also a happy guy too. P/S: Should we add Daigo Kiryuu of Kyoryuuger too? He's also a cheerful guy but also eccentric and so egoistic.
Blue could be the fusion between Renn Kousaka (Go-Onger) and Joe Gibken (Gokaiger). Might be also another reincarnation of Houji-san of Dekaranger.
Yellow might be the another Ran Uzaki of Gekiranger since she was a kenpo-practitioner. Others I can remember is Haruka from Maskman.
Green might be resemblance of Don Dogoier of Gokaiger (remember he brought the Gokai Galleon Cannon to the team so they can beat Shieldon in ep. 32?). Others include Sion of Timeranger and Makito Ozu of Magiranger.
Pink, all I can remember is she might be resemblance of Koume Kodou of Dekaranger, Sakura Nishihori of Boukenger, Mako Shiraishi of Shinkenger and Ahim de Famille of Gokaiger.
That my thoughts about the character's personality. What yours?
I've gotten over the suits, but the helmets are still bullcrap.
That said, sounds like another typical Sentai in terms of general writing, so far.
