The Gatchaman Movie That Never Was

Gatchman’s live action movie have come and gone but did you know we were going to get a CGI film?

The now defunct Studio Imagi was set to produce a CGI adaptation of Gatchaman, Studio Imagi was the company that brought us the CGI Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie in 2007 and returned to make the Astro Boy movie in 2009, also in CGI. But the company started to struggled and Studio Imagi closed it’s doors in 2010, the CGI Gatchaman movie unfortunately died with them. As luck would have it: a trailer was finished before the project ultimately met it’s demise.

More unfinished footage from the project rose from the ashes and found a home on Youtube. Check the vids below to see footage of what this take on the  Science Ninja Team could’ve been like.
