VizMedia announced, the official digital release of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures Part 3: Stardust Crusaders in it’s entirety!

In a Facebook announcement today, (see picture below) VizMedia announced that they would be the official digital version of Stardust Crusaders or Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures Part 3. The release date has yet to be announced, however the price for the entire manga collection has been set at 80$  and will be distributed at their online manga site, VizManga.

In the event of Stardust Crusaders does well, Viz has gone on to say that they will look into getting the other chapters of the series. However, even if it succeeds it will take time due to the amount of authorization needed because of the Music and Fashion references that are used in the series. Claiming it to be a lawyer’s nightmare for copy right reasons citing Part 4’s Diamonds Are Unbreakable’s numerous “Stands” such as: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cheap Trick, Pearl Jam, and Echoes  along with many others throughout the franchise’s history.
In an effort to help support the official release of the manga, numerous translators stated they would be removing their versions from fansites as chapters get official releases. Currently, as of this writing, no official release date for the collection has been announced.
