Much like the previously reported siting of the Wild Force Black costume it’s still just the costume so don’t get your hopes up yet that that Leo and the team have dropped in from Miranoi or anything. What we’re seeing could very well be Megaforce taking up Gokaiger-esque powers for the form change. We’ll let you know of any other sightings as they come in and keep our fingers crossed that we see some Power Ranger alum drop in for a visit.

Since yellow seems to have a skirt, I'd say it's definitely a Gokai Change, not the real team. Cool:)

I hope so too. Though like gokaiger we only need to have one person per series pop up. If like it looks like they do find a power/meet past member of team thinng. Nnz era guys are more likely to return. Where as mmpr-tf guys may be less likely. But again only really need one per team. So I think nabbing a old vet could happen. All counts on there schedules/travel situations.
