Trailer for “Kamen Rider: Battride Wars” PS3 Game

The news has been fast and furious about upcoming Kamen Rider: Battride Wars PS3 game, in the past 24 hours we have had the announcement and first images. This morning, Namco has uploaded the first trailer for the game to their official YouTube channel.

The roster of character includes all of the Heisei era Riders, and previews some of their form changes, and yesterdays scan includes Gatack, alluding to inclusion of some secondary Riders. The trailer has voice overs from Double to Wizards original actors, but this may probably be the same recordings from Climax Heroes series. Yesterday, we had reported that the title was Battle Ride Wars due to the Japanese spelling, but the official states the correct English title, Battride Wars.

The game will be similar gameplay to the Dynasty Warriors series; the player taking control of one character versus hundreds of weaker enemies. You will be able to ride the characters signature motorcycles or face enemies one-on-one. Currently, only Heisei Riders have been announced.

The regular edition will 7,480 yen, while the Premium TV Sound Edition will retail for 10,480 yen. The Premium TV Sound Edition contains 30 extra music tracks from all the various series featured in the game, and can be used as an extra custom soundtrack setting in the game.

The game is set for release 28th May 2013 on Playstation 3.
