The movie is directed by fan favourite Koichi Sakamoto, who directed the movie, adding to his list of well received Kamen Rider movies like Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate and Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Mega Max .
