This is Kamen Rider Beast and Water Dragon

Most modern Kamen Rider series have secondary Riders, and Wizard is no exception. Joining Wizard’s fight against the evil Phantom’s is Kamen Rider Beast!

Not much is known about this Rider. But he uses the Beast Wizard Ring and Beast Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Beast. He uses the sword, Dice Sabre, which was made to slay Phantoms. The golden lion on his belt buckle holds a mystery and is more than just an ornament. His true identity is still unknown. Pictured above is Wiseman’s, the leader of the Phantoms, true form. His goal is to cause all humanity to despair in order to create more Phantoms.
Kamen Rider Wizard’s upcoming style, Water Dragon. With Water Dragon comes along a new Wizard Ring, Blizzard, he’s able to freeze everything in his surroundings in an instant. When he uses the Special Ring, he summons Dragon’s tail and it instinctively chases after Phantoms hiding in the sea!
As the name suggests, Water Dragon is mainly used to chase the water-based Phantoms but he holds many other strengths.
