Phillip takes up Shotaro’s name and is still solving crimes. Phillip uses Fang Joker and fights alongside with Accel, but as the fights against the Dopants gets tougher he is forced to transform into Kamen Rider by himself. Thus Phillip becomes Kamen Rider Cyclone!
The novel will be released November 30 for roughly 650 yen.
Judging from the synopses of the first four novels, I’ll try and pick up  W and Kuuga. If I do, expect a more detailed summary and translations of the more interesting parts of the novels.

very cool Decaend, Id very much appreciate any kind of translation for these. I haven't been excited about a book in forever, just my luck its in a different language. I think I'm more Excited about Kuuga's book, Seeing how thats my favorite rider show.
