Kamen Rider Fourze and Go-Busters Ratings

Kamen Rider Fourze episode 46 and Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters Mission 25 have aired and we’ve got the ratings! Stick around after the jump to find out the numbers.

Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters Mission 25 aired this week and brought in a 3.2% viewership rating, down from last week’s 3.8%. Sentai traditionally see a drop in ratings with the second half beginning around this point, with that episode itself typically being lower than the previous one. This week was no exception and the idea that Go-Busters could drop even lower is a little unsettling. Thus far in its second quarter (episodes 14~26) Go-Busters has aired nine episodes with less than a 4% viewership average, this is something that’s never happened in Sentai before. I’m not sure whether or not this is a trend that Go-Busters will continue, if only because its current 4.0% series average and second quarter average sitting in the 3% range would be pretty difficult to fall under, but Go-Busters has been pretty surprising when it comes to ratings, and not in a good way.

Kamen Rider Fourze episode 46 brought in a 4.9% rating for itself, down from episode 45’s 5.4% last week. It’s moving into the final arc and I actually expected ratings to go up just a tad bit. Since Kamen Rider Decade aired, only one show, Kamen Rider OOO, has been able to surpass the ratings of its penultimate episode with its finale. Again, I hesitate to say Fourze won’t bring in bigger numbers if only because the ones it’s already bringing in are fairly low and wouldn’t be terribly hard to surpass. Fourze is currently sitting at a 5.9% series average, lower than any other Kamen Rider series to date.
