Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: Super Hero War topped the Japanese box office in its opening weekend.  355,985 people saw it on 292 screens for a total of ￥41,0038,450.

Super Hero War also topped Cinema Pia’s satisfaction ranking poll, while A Letter to Momo and  We Were There took second and third respectively.  Here are some comments from people who saw Super Hero War:
