• I'm almost positive that this Eternal IS Katsumi Daido. I read somewhere that the Red Flare is the result of him transforming with the unstable T1 version of the Eternal Memory. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out that this form is the reason he turned evil.

• Red Flare? Basically just the arms is red?

• I think that all of the blue on the Eternal costume is red, and there are no cape and Maximum Slots.

• there's prototype form of eternal. his flares are still blue his eyes are still yellow and still has that those maximum slots

  . still has black cape but his body color or whatever (color white) now turns red. search in google images : kamen rider eternal. keep on looking at images till u find a red eternal figure
