Power Rangers Jungle Fury: Exclusive US Action Figures!!!

Some fans will howl in rage that Power Rangers has once again “ruined Sentai”, some fans will applaud the US version of the show for being original (“for once!”) and others might hold this new development as a “victory” of some sort over Sentai.

I just think it’s neat.

Looks like PRJF might be for going animal based Kensei and instead have these animal themes applied directly to the Rangers themselves, giving us Bat Ranger, Elephant Ranger and Shark Ranger modes that are exclusive to Power Rangers. Not a bad idea and this should result in some pretty awesome helmet designs. This news was broke by the RangerBoard’s Dino_Ranger_White, and then brought home to us here by HaiTien78.

  • It isn't in the original Geki. In Geki, they are giant walking plush characters (ressembling mascots)... but I guess americans don't like that. So, instead, they will create new rangers... It's a pitty, since I kind of likes the Kenseis, in their animal form. Does this mean we will also have a Penguin, Gazelle, and Gorilla ranger for the Kenseis?

  • that's a great idea, but for me, I love the original kensei in gekiranger, and looks like we will not get a gazelle ranger, because what I'm read in it official site, there is no gazelle zord, but a kangaroo zord... so strange
